A breathwork, wellness, and adventure retreat in the soul of Costa Rica
April 28th - May 3rd, 2026
There are moments when the soul asks for more than rest.
More than escape.
More than another beautiful place.
El Alma de Costa Rica is an intimate women’s immersion for those who feel the call to return — to body, instinct, truth, and the wild intelligence within. Held deep in the Costa Rican jungle, this experience is designed as a private, sacred container for inner exploration, embodiment, and reclamation.
Re – wild
Re –– wild: reconnecting with your authentic, natural self by shedding societal conditioning and modern distractions, allowing you to live more intuitively, joyfully, and in harmony with nature and your inner rhythms, like restoring a wild landscape. It's about finding your inherent wholeness through activities like spending time in nature, mindful movement, creative expression, and listening to your inner voice, moving away from performance and towards presence.
El Alma de Costa Rica –– rewilding the soul.
Remembering the instinctual body, the feminine in her many expressions and the power of being fully alive. This is not about becoming someone new –– it is about returning to what has always been there.
If you feel this stirring something —
If your body responds before your mind —
If the jungle feels like a remembering rather than a destination —
You are invited to listen.
For the Woman Who
Feels successful, capable, and outwardly “together,” yet senses something deeper wanting expression. Is craving intimacy with herself — beyond roles, identities, and expectations. Is curious about the wild feminine, primal wisdom, and embodied spirituality. Values privacy, beauty, and depth over spectacle or performance. Is willing to listen to her body and choose her own edges. Desires meaningful connection with a small group of women — not a crowd. Feels ready to remember who she is beneath conditioning.
This is not a retreat to be consumed –– It is an experience to be entered.
About
El Alma de Costa Rica is intentionally small and intimate. Held in a private setting deep in the Costa Rican jungle, this experience is designed as a sacred container for inner exploration, embodiment, and reclamation.
❋ Intentional Structure
We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect –– so the experience feels both focused and fluid. Each day is designed to support reconnection with the body, breath, and inner knowing, while leaving space for organic unfolding.
❋ Collaborative Energy
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

Our retreats prioritize comfort, safety, and respect –– so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
